ME

I grew up in Davenport, IA (the Quad-Cities), and am proud to call the home for many years. Iowa was a great place to grow up, where everyone is nice and willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. This helped me establish and form the person I am today. It helped me create a strong work ethic and formed an inherent servant leadership approach to helping others and leading teams. Still an Iowa Hawkeye football fan - GO HAWKS!

I followed my career, so my wife, Sara, and I moved to Indiana. While in Indiana for a few years and met some wonderful people we still call friends. After Indiana we moved back to Iowa to be closer to family, and then the Covid hit...  We found ourselves sitting around the house in the hot, humid Iowa summer heat and made the decision to move to Colorado, 6 weeks later we were in Colorado living out our dreams!

Through the years in multiple industries of leading people, I have built strong skills and levels of expertise in many areas. Most recently I have found a passion for learning and development. Creating training from the ground up, monitoring and evaluating the impact has been my career for many years. I love what I do, and it supports me in my professional development to always be better than I was the day before.

When I am not at work, I love spending time with my wife and our dogs. Colorado is the perfect canvas for everything we desire to do outdoors like hiking and fly fishing. Most weekends you will find my wife and I on stream catching some trout. We love to have our family and friends out to visit so we can all enjoy this beauty together.
